Just got this message less than an hour ago: My immediate thought was that they were only trying to avoid an OOS cancellation. buyer didn't receive item, but tracking shows it was delivered I just received a message from a buyer yesterday stating they didn't receive their item, but per the USPS tracking, it was delivered over a week and a half ago. The thing about the tracking numbers that carriers use is that they get recycled. There's just so many packages that move through the system, a tracking number will eventually get used again.
